Bookings

MyKhatuTrip is a booking facilitation platform. Booking requests are confirmed by phone/WhatsApp. Payment is made directly to the hotel, driver or tour operator unless stated otherwise. Prices shown are indicative and confirmed at the time of booking.

Cancellations & refunds

Booking requests can be cancelled by informing us before the check-in / travel date, unless the individual listing states its own policy. Any token or advance paid directly to a hotel, driver or tour operator is governed by that provider's own policy. Fees paid to MyKhatuTrip for listing plans and other digital services are non-refundable — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Disclaimer.

Partner listings

Hotel and taxi owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listing and the quality of service provided. Listing fees (₹3,999 / year per listing) are non-refundable once the listing is approved and live. We may suspend listings that receive repeated verified complaints.

Content

Reviews are moderated. We may remove content that is abusive, fake or promotional. All site content is © MyKhatuTrip.

Liability

We verify partners to the best of our ability but are not liable for disputes between guests and service providers. Our maximum liability is limited to any facilitation fee paid to us.
