1. We are an intermediary only

mykhatutrip.com ("the Platform") is an independent online marketplace and booking-facilitation service operated by MyKhatuTrip, a product owned by Manoj Saini Venture Private Limited (owner: Manoj Kumar Saini). We act solely as an intermediary within the meaning of Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000, connecting travellers with independently owned and operated hotels, dharamshalas, guest houses, taxi operators, tour operators and restaurants ("Service Providers").

We do not own, operate, manage, control, endorse or inspect any Service Provider or their vehicles, premises, staff or services. The contract for accommodation, transport, food or any other service is formed directly between you and the Service Provider. We are not a party to that contract and assume no liability arising from it.

2. No affiliation with the temple or any authority

MyKhatuTrip is a private business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Shri Khatu Shyam Ji Temple, its trust or management committee, any government body, tourism board or religious authority. Darshan timings, aarti schedules, live updates, crowd information and similar content are published in good faith for general convenience only, may change without notice, and must be verified with official sources before you rely on them.

3. Accuracy of listings and content

All listing information — including names, photographs, prices, tariffs, amenities, distances (e.g. "distance from temple"), availability, ratings and descriptions — is provided by the respective Service Providers or collected from publicly available sources. While we make reasonable efforts to keep information current, we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, about its accuracy, completeness, reliability or suitability. Prices are indicative and are confirmed only at the time of booking. You are responsible for independently verifying all details before making any booking or payment.

4. Reviews and user content

Reviews, ratings and other user-generated content reflect the personal opinions of their authors, not ours. We moderate in good faith but do not verify every claim and accept no responsibility for such content.

5. Payments

Booking tokens and balances are paid directly to the Service Provider (e.g. to the owner's UPI ID or at the property). We do not hold, process or guarantee these payments and are not responsible for their refund. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Verify the payee details shown on your booking before paying; never pay any person claiming to represent us outside the Platform's stated channels.

6. No professional advice

Nothing on the Platform — including blog posts, travel guides and route information — constitutes legal, medical, financial, religious or professional travel advice. Content is for general information only and you act on it at your own risk.

7. Third-party links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, maps and services (including WhatsApp, Google Maps and payment apps). We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, their content, policies or practices.

8. "As is" basis and availability

The Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors and viruses. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyKhatuTrip, its proprietor, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary loss or damage whatsoever — including personal injury, death, property damage, theft, loss of money or belongings, accidents during travel, deficiency of service, food quality, overbooking, cancellation, or disputes with any Service Provider — arising from or connected with your use of the Platform or any service booked through it. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the facilitation fee (if any) actually paid by you to MyKhatuTrip for the specific transaction concerned.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyKhatuTrip and its proprietor from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your dealings with any Service Provider.

11. Intellectual property

The MyKhatuTrip name, logo and original site content are our property. Photographs and descriptions of listings belong to the respective Service Providers, who warrant to us that they hold the necessary rights. If you believe any content infringes your rights, write to us and we will review it promptly.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

This disclaimer and your use of the Platform are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Sikar, Rajasthan.

13. Changes

We may revise this disclaimer at any time; the current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the Platform after a revision constitutes acceptance.

Legal concerns: if you have any legal concern or dispute relating to the Platform, please write first to Manoj Saini Venture Private Limited at hello@manojventure.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter before initiating any proceedings. Most issues are resolved amicably within a few working days.
