Khatushyamji Chain Snatching - Delhi Woman's Mangalsutra Stolen

But, unfortunate realisation is that theft of chain has increased a lot near VERY VERY temple. This comes a week after a Delhi woman (40) lost her Mangalsutra worth about ₹2 lakhs when it was snatched from her as she and her husband entered the main gate.

Here’s the lowdown:

It is a Pattern : This is not a one time event. In just the last two months, there have been more than half a dozen cases.

The Trick: Police suspect this is the work of a gang of women They work on the guise of offering some tilak or a blessing in the vicinity and in the meantime cutting chains and disappearing fast.
